We should aim for 30 minutes of exercise (such as walking, swimming, cycling or anything else you enjoy) 5 days a week!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/%f0%9f%98%b4the-importance-of-sleep-%f0%9f%98%b4\/\">Adequate sleep<\/a> aiming for 7-9 hours of quality sleep per night can help us feel rested and ready to take on the day ahead. It can also help to repair and strengthen our immune system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/how-your-chiropractor-can-help-with-stress\/\">Stress management<\/a> practicing mindfulness can help to reduce stress levels.<br>Practicing yoga, <a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/benefits-of-deep-breathing\/\">breathing exercises<\/a> or meditation are all great ways things to try.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/healthy-diet-essentials\/\">A balanced diet<\/a> can help to keep our bodies functioning at their best. It is important to include a variety of fruits and vegetables as well as proteins, grains and healthy fats.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/all-about-staying-hydrated\/\">Hydration is important<\/a> for a strong immune system. Adults should aim from around 2.4 to 3 litres of water per day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vitamins can be very beneficial in a multitude of ways.
