Also known as Diaphragmatic breathing it is a common exercise that involves stimulation of the diaphragm with slow deep breaths based on certain time intervals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What happens during deep breathing exercises?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diaphragmatic breathing involves both slow inhalation and exhalation over a period of time.
