This usually leads to us suffering with various aches and pains. To combat this we have put together a couple of ways to help decrease your chances of <a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/all-about-muscle-tightness-stiffness\/\">holiday aches<\/a>!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Using Public Transport<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/best-neck-stretches-in-2022-for-neck-pain\/\">Stretch every hour<\/a> to decrease tightness throughout the trip<\/li><li>Try to keep your back supported and try not to hunch<\/li><li>Keep hydrated!<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/themelbournechiropractor.com.au\/blog\/benefits-of-walking-for-musculoskeletal-health\/\">Move<\/a> as often as you can whilst on a bus, train or tram if possible<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sitting on a plane<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Sit in the aisle if possible to allow extra movement<\/li><li>Use head support or u pillow around the neck for support<\/li><li>Careful with lifting your luggage.
