    • Slap on a wide-brimmed hat or use a parasol to shield your face and neck.
    • Seek shade, especially during peak sun hours (10 am – 4 pm).
    • Slide on sunglasses that provide 100% UV protection.
  2. Hydrate and Rehydrate:
    • Drink plenty of water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty.
    • Aim for at least 8-10 glasses of water per day.
